The Public Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 non profit organization that has been creating new information and helping health agencies and other community health organizations connect to and more effectively use information to manage and improve performance, understand and use data, and strengthen the workforce.

Orange County, Florida: Quality Improvement Project
PHF helped two local health department teams successfully apply quality improvement techniques to achieve measurable results in syphilis (reducing earlier syphilis by over 25%) and access to early HIV care. PHF’s Performance Management and Quality Improvement team designed the Quality Improvement approach and provided hands on training, a locally-based coach and evidence-based resources to enable teams to achieve targets in less than one year!
