Academic-Practice Linkages In Ohio: State of the Art Part 2 The Council on Linkages presentation of the SACHO demonstration project at the Combined Public Health Meeting in Columbus, OH is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2001 at 2 p.m. This meeting is jointly sponsored by the Ohio Public Health Association, the Association of Ohio Health Commissioners, the Ohio Environmental Health Association, the Ohio Society of Public Health Educators, and the Ohio Department of Health. The session will include a brief presentation of the results of a survey distributed to local health departments throughout Ohio and preliminary results from a survey distributed to academic institution throughout Ohio that train health professions students. The session will also include an interactive discussion with participants about tools and strategies for facilitating academic practice linkages. |
