Lloyd Simms joined the Public Health Foundation (PHF) in November 2019 as the TRAIN Administrative and Customer Support Associate. In this role, he provides support for TRAIN customers and other TRAIN program activities. Mr. Simms brings more than 12 years of customer service experience to his new role.
Before joining PHF, Mr. Simms worked at the Department of the Defense at the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center. There, he assisted military families in scheduling and communicating with their doctors, dentists, and other medical care providers. Mr. Simms' prior experience also includes Assistant General Manager at Gold’s Gym, where he managed staff, scheduled events, performed website updates, and provided customer service.
