Core Competencies Domain Definitions Tool Now Available

PHF has been developing new resources and tools to support public health professionals and organizations using the 2021 version of the Core Competencies for Public Health Professionals (Core Competencies). Meeting frequent requests for clear definitions, the new Domain Definition tool provides an overview and describes the eight domains used to organize the Core Competencies, representing skill areas within public health. Join PHF at the 2023 Public Health Improvement Training

Take part in the annual Public Health Improvement Training (PHIT) with PHF. Successful Strategies on Promoting Bivalent Vaccinations for Older Adults

COVID-19 vaccination rates remain low among residents and staff of long-term care (LTC) facilities. To support those working to increase the uptake of the bivalent booster in LTC settings, PHF developed summaries of successful strategies being used in these settings.
