The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in partnership with the Public Health Foundation (PHF), invite distance learning educators who need to know how to develop online training products, to apply to participate in the CDC E-Learning Institute Fellowship. 

 

Starting February 6, 2017 and ending June 13, 2017, this fellowship is designed to cultivate skills of public health training professionals with limited experience designing or developing e-learning products. Fellows will create an e-learning product based on the knowledge and skills gained through the program, and are required to present their product at a final showcase.

Who should apply? Public health professionals responsible for developing training products at state, local, territorial, tribal, and international health departments should apply. University and hospital teaching professionals who are involved in public health are also encouraged to apply. 

 

Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate

 

Time commitment: The ELI fellowship activities require approximately 2 hours per week during working hours. More time may be needed to complete the final project. Supervisory approval is required to participate.
