Achieving a Healthier U.S. by 2010: Four Leadership Opportunities for Communities (Presentation)
Adaptable presentation template to help leaders communicate four strategic opportunities associated with the Steps for a HealthierUS and Healthy People 2010 initiatives.  The four opportunities to build public health systems relate to 1) Prevention priorities, 2) Performance management, 3) Partnerships, and 4) Public health capacity.  Describes the two initiatives and highlights evidenced-based and practical resources to help achieve a healthier U.S.  Developed by the Public Health Foundation with funding from the Office of Public Health and Science, HHS.
