The 140th APHA Annual Meeting & Exposition will take place in San Francisco, October 27-31, 2012, to address current and emerging health science, policy, and practice issues in an effort to prevent disease and promote health. The theme for this year's event is "Prevention and Wellness Across the Life Span."
The Public Health Foundation (PHF) will be on-site to showcase quality improvement, performance management, and workforce development information for public health professionals through multiple presentations, sessions, workshops, and an exhibit booth. Sessions and exhibits will take place across three buildings in downtown San Francisco, including the West and South buildings of the Moscone Convention Center and the Marriott Marquis hotel.
