The National Association of County and City Health Officials will hold its 2018 Vector Control Summit March 13-15, 2018 in Orlando, Florida. The Summit “Itching to Improve: Building Local Mosquito Control Capacity!” will focus on building mosquito control capacities in local health jurisdictions.
The event will feature peer-to-peer learning sessions, training workshops, capacity building activates, industry booths, and speakers from local vector control organizations, national environmental health organizations and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This is a great opportunity to convene with local health departments and mosquito control experts to exchange ideas, learn together in educational forums, and network.
If you're attending the summit, join the Public Health Foundation (PHF) and the Tulsa Health Department for an interactive workshop on vector control outreach and communication.
