The PHF
TRAIN team would like to invite public health, workforce development, public safety, and emergency preparedness leaders to our monthly webinar demonstrations on TRAIN’s functions and features. In addition to the demonstration, we will share information about the benefits of utilizing
TRAIN, the premier learning management network for professionals and volunteers who protect the public’s health. The last three webinars of 2013 are scheduled for October 30, November 20, and December 16 from 2-3 pm ET.
Webinar Objectives At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Create a TRAIN Account
- Define the TRAIN Network
- Navigate through TRAIN's homepage
- Utilize TRAIN’s Dashboard features
- Register for courses and conferences
TRAIN provides learning opportunities for short- and long-term public health workforce development. Additionally, TRAIN affiliates, organizations who join the TRAIN network and purchase a customized TRAIN portal, can create and assign training plans specific to position or employee using existing courses, track learner training in their jurisdiction, generate customized reports, and utilize pre- and post-assessment measures and evaluations. More importantly, organizations save time and money by avoiding duplication of resources.
Register on TRAIN today, as seating is limited. If there are specific questions regarding the webinar or TRAIN in general, please
contact the TRAIN Team.
