New Grant Opportunity Focuses on Addressing Health Care Needs in Rural Communities

​The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) plans to award up to 22 grants to rural communities as part of the 2019 Rural Health Network Development Planning Program.
 
Awardees will receive up to $100,000 for one year to develop an integrated health care network, specifically with participants that do not have a history of formal collaborative efforts. Health departments, hospitals, community health centers, and others are eligible.
 
HRSA has scheduled a technical assistance webinar on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 2-3pm ET to discuss this funding opportunity. The deadline for applications is November 30, 2018
